Hold is operated by Strong Ventures Inc. (Ontario, Canada). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Hold products are manufactured through a print-on-demand fulfilment model by our partner Printful Inc.
Rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 apply regardless of this policy: order within 30 days, refund within 15 days of valid demand, goods of reasonably acceptable quality.
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Customers responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.
Worn, washed, or used items. Items not in original condition. Personalised or custom items. Items marked final sale. Does not apply to defective or incorrect items.
Approved refunds issued to original payment method, typically 5–10 business days. Ontario CPA refunds processed within 15 days.
Orders shipped within 30 days. Full refund available if not shipped within 30 days of promised date.
Contact within 7 days of delivery with order number, description, and photograph. Replacement or full refund including return shipping.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Standard return rights apply after production.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping costs for international orders borne by customer unless item is defective.
