Shipping Policy

Hold is operated by Strong Ventures Inc. (Ontario, Canada). This policy explains how orders are produced and shipped.

1. How Our Products Are Made

Hold products are manufactured through a print-on-demand model by Printful Inc. Each item is produced individually after your order is placed.

2. Production Time

Standard production time is typically 2–7 business days, separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping Time

Canada: 5–10 business days after production. United States: 5–10 business days. International: 10–20 business days.

4. Our Delivery Commitment

We commit to shipping within 30 days. Full refund available under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act if not met.

5. Shipping Carriers

Orders shipped via Canada Post, USPS, DHL, FedEx, or others depending on location.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information sent by email once shipped. Track at hold.care/track.

7. Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout based on delivery address and items. Displayed before purchase.

8. International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility.

9. Incorrect Addresses

Ensure your address is accurate. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but not received, allow 1–2 business days then contact us.
