Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

Hold is a brand operated by Strong Ventures Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services.

1. About Hold

Hold sells clothing and goods through a print-on-demand fulfilment model. Products are manufactured and fulfilled by Printful Inc. Orders are produced individually upon purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit a story, use Hold Messenger, request connections, or make a purchase.

3. Internet Agreement Disclosure (Ontario Consumers)

Disclosed in accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Supplier: Strong Ventures Inc. Products fulfilled by Printful Inc. Prices in CAD. Orders shipped within 30 days.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Story Submissions

Stories must be true and based on your own experience. You grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish according to your selected permissions.

6. Messaging and Conduct

Connection requests require mutual consent. Harassment, abuse, and commercial solicitation are prohibited.

7. Purchases and Order Fulfilment

Order confirmation sent within 15 days. Shipment within 30 days. Refunds per our Return and Refund Policy. Ontario CPA rights preserved.

8. Donations

5% of order revenue directed to charitable organisations selected at checkout by Strong Ventures Inc.

9. Intellectual Property

All content owned by or licensed to Strong Ventures Inc. User stories remain user property subject to the granted licence.

10. No Medical or Crisis Services

Hold is not a therapy, crisis, or medical service. Crisis contacts: Canada 1-833-456-4566, US 988.

11. Disclaimer

Services provided "as is." Statutory warranties under Ontario and Canadian law are not excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Ontario CPA statutory rights preserved.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by Ontario law. Disputes resolved in Ontario courts. No mandatory arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

Material changes communicated by email or website notice.
